DAREDEVIL Suzanne Shaw almost gouged her dance partner’s eyes out after hitting him with her skate.

The ex-Hear’Say singer was rehearsing a dangerous stunt with Matt Evers for tomorrow night’s show.

But 26-year-old Suzanne accidentally kicked poor Matt, 31, right in the face.

A spokesman for the ITV1 show said: “This week the celebrities are performing with props and Suzanne is using a chair.

“She was rehearsing a handstand when she accidentally hit Matt in the eye.

“Medics were on hand to treat the injury and a cut below Matt’s eye was glued.

“But he has been left with a black eye ahead of Sunday’s show.”

Meanwhile, Suzanne claims bitchy judge Jason Gardiner, 36, will end up with egg on his face over his campaign to get rid of Greg Rusedski, 34.

She said: “Jason probably regrets saying that now. He really put his foot – or skate – in his mouth.

“He’s actually made Greg more popular with viewers.”

Sky Bet have even slashed the odds on Greg making the final to 7-1.
