SINGLE OF THE WEEK - NATALIE IMBRUGLIA: WANT

ABOVE: Nat’s given electro-pop a go
28th September 2009

By Sarah-Louise James

IT'S good to see the Torn chanteuse back, but if you were expecting more soft-rock angst from the lady with the huge peepers, think again.

With the help of Coldplay’s Chris Martin on writing duties, Nat’s given electro-pop a go.

A kiss-off to an ex, the opening line is: “Take a good luck at what you gave up.”

The accompanying vid, you might be interested to know, shows Nat unpeeling her clothes.

A pleasant tune plus catchy chorus equal a welcome return, even if the track probably doesn’t have enough oomph to tear up the Top 10.
