Probs with my BMW

HI

I bought a 3 series BMW a month ago from a dealer in my town and the car has been nothing but trouble since - and now it seems the wheel bearings are going - I have 3 months warranty or 3,000 miles aftercare and the dealer just doesnt want to know - he hangs up the phone on me and when I drive down there, he simple ignores me and acts like I dont exist - How can I take this further and is there anyone I can report him too? Im stuffed without my car - I need it for work
